Does anyone else have the feeling that he might be a Pit clone? As say Gannon was to Falcon in melee. This is all speculative of coursem but it seems like alot of people seem to be forgetting clones. Thoughts?

if he's in it i'm sure they've already started developing him and they have plenty of time. they're not going to force his model into someone else's just so he can be in it :p brawl, as stated by husky, will not have any clones.

hopefully.

...huh? How in the nine hells would Ridley, a space-Dragon who fights tooth-and-claw, be a clone of Pit, an Angel who fights with a bow that splits into two swords? The only remote similarity between them is that both have wings.

besides...it's already been confirmed that Ridley will be a clone of Pokemon Trainer

Are you serious? A lot of people seem to be forgetting clones because there WON'T be any in this game. They were put in Melee to make the roster seem bigger than it actually was. Except Ganondorf. He was made a clone due to time constraints. And there's no way Ridley could be a Pit clone.
Ridley = Alien dragon thing.
Pit = Angel with a sword/bow and arrow.

How can you compare a large, plasma-breathing dragon with fangs to a toga (?) wearing, bow wielding angel? You may as well say Charizard is a Meta-Knight clone...

And we don't mention clones because Sakurai said he's trying to purge the game of them...

No, there is no Ridley thread anymore. All Ridley topics have been banned. Which is a load of bull but w/e. And he would be more like Charizard I would think, if anything. Pit? What are you smoking.
