Nate and I have been talking about the organization of Cast, and we've decided that we've got some work to do. Who's going? Who's driving? Where are we staying? How many vehicles are there/how many people fit in them? Questions of that sort must be answered, or we're going to be facing problems that, as Nate put it, "are likely going to require money to fix", and we would like to limit those problems as much as possible.

As far as i know we have 3 cars going?
Rob's, Eric and Kat's.
People who know the details of each should confirm who's in these cars.
Also I don't think trevis is still coming.

Now secondly, there is no reason we shouldn't be able to get housing for this.
As far as i know Eric's car is getting a hotel, but from there the rest of us should def get housing.
Are you going to post about it Rob or should I?

We need to work this all out and soon.

Now, if Rob can go, then getting there is no problem. Otherwise, we need to know the size of vehicles. Assuming the vans each fit 7 (14 minus 1 for Eric's mom), and the car fits 5, we can fit a total of 18 (more than enough) with Rob, or 12 without him. Let's assume Rob is going, along with the rest of the maybies. The vehicles would have to look something like this:

Leaving Nate, Trevis and myself to decide which vehicle(s) to go in. I'm thinking that Rob's van for the three of us makes the most sense, because Eric and them are staying at the hotel, and odds are the rest of us will be finding housing. If Rob CAN'T make it, then neither can Adam. Nick would still fit in Kat's car, plus one of Nate, Trevis or myself, and the other two can go with Eric. Basically, we have room for people no matter what. We just have to concentrate on housing at this point.

Sorry, Nate. I've got a feeling we won't be hotboxing any vans on the way.

i dont really plan on driving through saskatoon thats the only problem and im a very nervous driver so id rather not hav a full car either...we'll see if nick comes as well but i dunno

in theory how well would we do with my car. it gets 4-5 hours of driving on a 60 dollar tank, comfortably seats four. it needs a new front tire though.
