Venue fee: $5
Entry fee for all games: $5 per person
Venue fee will not be waived for a full set-up, but keep in mind their will be free food snacks and drinks (if this truly is a problem ill try to think of an alternative)
Prize distribution for all singles/doubles games will be 60/30/10.
Location
UCSB Loma Pelona Center
Directions (will take you straight to venue)
-If coming from the south, head north on the 101 freeway
-Exit Los Carneros
-Take a left onto los carneros and keep going straight until you hit el colegio (el colegio is the last street before you cant go straight anymore)
-keep straight until you get to Ocean Rd and take a right
-Park in parking structure 22 or 23
Once in a parking structure continue to walk down the street until you see a pool and venue is across from pool
Schedule
Sign-ups begin at 11am
Sign-ups end at 1pm
Tournament will begin with doubles with singles starting as doubles is ending.
Singles will end when it ends
Note - I will be enforcing DQ, if you're not there when I call your match and no1 can tell me where you are, you have 10 min until i DQ you.
Rules Sets
* Stage Striking is in effect and first person to strike is decided by Rock-Paper-Scissors
* Items are set to off
* The stock is set to 4
* 8:00 Timer
* All sets are best of 3 matches
* All Semi-Finals are best of 5 matches
* All Finals are best of 5 matches
* In the event of a dispute, controller ports will be selected by Rock-Paper-Scissors
* No player may choose the stage they last won on
* Ties will be broken by lives, then percentage. In the event of a percentage tie, one stock sudden death will be played
* The Ice Climber Freeze Glitch is banned even though it's funny.
* Jigglypuff's rising pound stall is banned
* Peach's bomber stall beneath levels where she is unreachable is banned.
* Masterhand is banned
* Wobbling is NOT banned
* Any stage can be played upon as long as both players agree.
