Samus MU Chart and MU Discussion Directory

I took down the previous MU thread because it was filled with LOTS of vague/old/incorrect data and its just flat out messy. This new thread will have a MU chart(Read it as, SAMUS vs ABC=XYZ for SAMUS) and a list of character threads where we discuss the MU between Samus and that charcter. KEEP ALL CHARACTER specific comments/questions/talk in the correct thread.

EXAMPLE: If you wanna talk about Samus vs Metaknight, go to the MK match-up thread to talk about it. DO NOT BRING IT HERE!

I do think P.T. is advantaged against samus, mainly because of squirtle which, seeing Reflex and Typh use him, looks pretty **** against samus, and having played against AD and others (when AD used PT). I do think Charizard is near even (one way or the other) or even for samus, and ivysaur is an advantage because of his recovery and his (for once) low ko percent from dtilt bc of fire vulnerabilities, but unfortunately ivysaur isn't really kept in that often. I really think if you get to play Reflex or Typh sometime you'll get where I'm coming from in this though judging by how they play squirtle is really good at approaching and getting through samus' defense, and he has a low height for spamming. Some of the usmashes out of his shell come out really quick and cover a lot of distance too and he has a lot of aerial maneuvaribility. That and he can be switched out for charizard when he gets to higher percents.

hey i searched for typh because im narcissistic and i saw hive mentioned me and i think its really cool of her to do that because she's nice and i remember hanging out with her at quiznos ten a long time ago and i miss her. last week i found a receipt from a quiznos that closed recently next to me and it reminded me of quiznos and so does this. but mostly it reminded me of hive so someone tell hive i said hi

The MUs on that chart are really just a mix up of us Samus players opinions, don't take it as set in stone. As Xyro said, it's subject to change.

Just letting you know that I created a Luigi thread. Also guys, provided you follow the format me and Xyro have given you, you can create the character's thread if it hasn't been made already. You don't have to wait for us to do it. Just provide a link to it in this thread and I'll link it to the OP.

Lol @ the charizard and squirtle match-ups. This is only the opnion of one samus mainer, but the slight advantage if anything should go to charazard, not squirtle. And the slight disadvantage should go to squirtle, not charizard. And on that note, sqirtle has a much higher advantage over Samus than slight. If I'm not mistaken, squirtle is or at least was one of the only chars in brawl that were considered on par with mk, and samus is supposed to have a slight advantage over him? Squirtle is the epitome of what samus has trouble with; a small, quick character with an insane close range and aerial game who can kill. Add to that the fact that spam, aside from uncharged neutral b's, is pretty much useless on or off stage against squirtle. Lol, whoever updates this thread sure can tell some funny jokes.
