Sakurai double updating on already known updates

The updates we already know about from SF playings, Sakurai is double updating on them lately. He is thinking about us. He did give us the already known Sonic Final Smash but he doubled it with Angel Island music.

However, the smash community desperately needs a character annoucement. I sure hope the article about Megaman is old or the Megaman rep is just hiding Megaman's inclusion... however, Megaman seems very doubtful.

Since Sakurai screwed us and left out Megaman, we will need a Smash Brothers 4. If Sakurai truely wanted this to be the last one, he should have put everything that a majority of the smash community would want in Brawl.

I don't mind there being a lot of 3rd parties as long as we don't get wierd characters like GTA character or Madden football character and as long as we keep the solid core characters.

I wish that it was a rule that once a character is in Smash, they are always in Smash (at least popular ones).

I think that we really shouldn't be worrying about yet another smash game when 'Brawl isn't out yet.

To the thing about megaman, assuming the deconfirmation article was a hoax or a cover-up, I think Megaman is the whole reason for the delay.

While watchign Gamehead This lady that works for Nintendo (some of you probably know her name) was at E4A saying that she doesnt call it a delay, but rather "product perfection"

I think what happened was they finally approached and got permission for megaman, and since making an entire character come to life isn't something that's done over night, they're taking these extra months to obviously debug and fine-tune, but to also include the blue bomber as a playable character. I mean, what else could possibly take that long of a delay? If not Megaman it's surely some character

LOL I was defending him, but don't you realize that about 99% of brawl fans are questioning why Sakurai doesn't have character updates. I am even in facebook groups and all the posts are about terrible updates and no character since October.

However, I think Sakurai is smart and is trying to please us by double updating when he does updates we already know.

Ultimate: It was delayed because they were perfecting online playability. I'm sure all the characters are done by now.

No Problem... it is Christmas.

Too the guy talking about Megman... yeah that is a possibility. I have a lot of faith in Sakurai and the Brawl team, I have been impressed with all the modes and info we have gotten for brawl so far. The only thing that worries me is that we may get dissappointed with characters.

Yea if there is a next smash .. its gonna be the money maker game where everyone puts there character in. I would never buy a smash game with Master Chief in it. I really hope there is another smash, without the garbage.

Geez do you guys even read the thread... I was defending Sakurai but and I just wanted to post something to talk about... funny how the first 5-6 posters understood my topic but the rest of you are going off in tangents.

Well you made a thread about getting known updates, you obviously can't be happy with getting info you already know so you're complaining about it.

There's nothing wrong with hating updates but when you sit and wait for them day by day it's no one's fault but your own that you're so caught up about them that you have to make theories about it.

Sakurai's updates are random, people thought we'd get some big Dec 3rd, 15th and 25th and here hoping they get something for new years too. If Sakurai read these boards [which is dumb, he speaks Japanese, little to no english] those dates would actually have had proper updates, unless he doesn't care about the community, which would destroy your theory of Sakurai making double updates because he cares about us.

Which brings me back to my advice:

Do something else. I'm not telling to not talk about updates or not dislike any updates, but they're updates, find something else to do.

This is speculation but did anyone consider that maybe since Brawl was expected to come out earlier, that Sakurai's updates may not be as "great?" He may have only planned updates so far, and now he has to hold off until it is released...it is only a thought...
