What a shame, i did a search for Ryu and nothing came up!
its Ryu from Street Fighter!
Up B: Shoryuken (His signature uppercut aka dragon punch)
Smash B: maybe a counter or a reflect
B: Hadoken (His signature projectile)
Down B: Hurricane Kick
So somewhere along reading this you were probably thinking who the hell is this guy? well Street Fighter II was what made fighting games what they are today, if you play it today you will thinks its nothing special, but in 1993 it was awesome. I know Ryu isn't as popular as he was, and was never that popular here but i also know that hes extremely popular in Japan. For Capcom representation in Japan i'd say Ryu is right up there with Mega Man.
