@Vocal, see Tin Man's conversation with Swordgard. We fix what we can fix without doing anything too drastic. Ganondorf is 50% of the time given the loss for the suicide, and the other 50% of the time it turns up a draw. The game decides which of these two outcomes happens (it isn't based on port like it is for Bowser), and thus the game should decide what happens. When both characters die, neither is in the lead. When the time runs out, both characters have X amount of stocks and X amount of percents. The one in the lead wins. When both characters die from a suicide, both characters have zero stocks and zero percent, so it is a draw unless the game says otherwise.
