I've been studying every character I could I end up finding a lock for Robin. Posted this on genreal forum of SSB4, and forgot there was a forum for chracters, lol. I don't know how to delete it (For I am new), but the mods can delete it if they want.
Anyways, Here's how to do it
First, you need a book (Haven't tried levin sword yet... (Waste Arc fire or nosferatu, then grab the book)
You need to charge thunder into arc thunder (Red color)
Now follow these steps,
Works at 0% - 20% Neutral B (Arc thunder) ------> Run to opponent+Foostool+Z-air (This will cause the book to hit and lock your opponent while they're falling to ground)
After they're locked, you can literally do any attack/combo. Here are some examples...
F-Smash
D-Smash
Up-Smash
Short hop fast fall u-air
Nosferatsu
Arc - Fire ----> F-air (If they get hit by the last hit)
F-Air
b-air
