I was just messing around trying to find a fast way to change my facing direction quickly while falling through a platform and realized you can do just this by tapping down and backward at a semi-precise angle(I want K Rools Fair in the opposite direction). Is there a name for this? Because I couldn't find this mechanic explained anywhere. It could be pretty useful when you need to get a specific aerial move out below your platform quickly.
