[Request] Brawl hack that contains every smash character so far?

Im looking for a Brawl hack that contains every playable smash character so far from smash 64 to smash 4. including their own movesets and everything. Does this exist or would this be too difficult to make?

Smash 64 has no characters that don't reappear in all subsequent titles, so it depends on if you want separate iterations of characters (64/Melee/Brawl Mario), or are going for something else.

Adding all the characters wouldn't affect the roster that much if each only had one iteration, however, if you want to play as every iteration, then a combination of time, difficulty, and indifference prevents it from becoming a reality for the foreseeable future.
