Repointing Mewtwo and Restoring Pokemon Trainer?

The first time I've ever played Project M was when Mewtwo and Roy was first released. One thing I was kinda disappointed was the Pokemon Trainer was removed. In the game's files, most of Mewtwo's CSP, etc replace the Trainer's files.
My question is, is there a way to repoint Mewtwo's data to "MiscData[20]"?
