Normal:
Jab: Plumber Jab (Unchanged) - Mario punches 2 times and ends with a kick. Origin: Super Mario 64
Dash: Hammer Rush - Mario slams his hammer down multiple times. Origin: Mario Bros.
Side Tilt: Tanooki Tail Swipe - Mario swings his tail while spinning. This move can be used repeatedly. Origin: Super Mario Bros. 3
Up Tilt: Back Flip Kick - Mario backflips and kicks in the air. Origin: Super Mario 64
Down Tilt: Slide Kick - Mario slides on the floor. Can trip fighters. Origin: Super Mario 64 DS

Smash:
F Smash: Boomerang - Mario throws a boomerang. Origin: Super Mario 3D Land
U Smash: Spiny Shell Jump - Mario jumps with a Spiny Shell on his head. Origin: Super Mario Maker
D Smash: Sweep Kick - Mario kicks in a sweeping motion. Origin: Super Mario 64

Aerial:
N Air: Spin - Mario spins and give himself a boost. Origin: Super Mario Galaxy
F Air: Star Bits - Mario throws three star bits. Origin: Super Mario Galaxy
B Air: Tanooki Tail Twirl - Mario sweeps his tail 3 times. Origin: Super Mario Bros. 3
U Air: Power Star - Mario holds a Power Star in hands. Collectible changes depending on the Power-Up. Origin: Super Mario 64
D Air: Key Drop - Mario drops a key that only disappears on the ground. Origin: Super Mario Bros. 2

Grab:
Pummel: Buzzy Beetle Shell - Mario headbutts a fighter with a Buzzy Beetle Shell. Origin: Super Mario Maker.
Side Throw: Clear Pipe Cannon - Mario shoots the fighter of a Clear Pipe Cannon. It can be angled. Origin: Super Mario 3D World
Back Throw: Spin Throw (Unchanged) - Mario spins while holding a fighter by the legs and finishes with a throw. Origin: Super Mario 64
Up Throw: Super Jump Punch - Mario throws and uppercuts the fighter.
Down Throw: Stomp - Mario throws the fighter on the ground and stomps on them.

Specials:
Neutral B: Fireball/ Iceball - Mario throws Fireballs or Iceballs giving an opponent a burn of freeze effect.
Side B: Shell Kick
Up B: Propeller Suit
Down B: ? Block/ Ground Pound - Mario summons a ? Block and gets a one of 15 random Power-Ups. In midair Mario slams his butt on the ground while falling, pressing y/x after the Ground Pound is used will make Mario jump.
Shield B: Fire Flower/ Ice Flower

? Block Power-Ups:
Super Mushroom: Makes Mario larger than normal and boosts his attack power.
Super Star: Makes Mario Invincible.
Turnip: Allows Mario to pluck Vegetables and carry fighters.
Super Leaf: Allows Mario to glide & turn into a statue. Boosts his F Tilt and B Air.
Superball Flower: Allow Mario to throw Superballs.
Cape Feather: Allows Mario to glide and reflect projectiles.
Metal Cap: Turns Mario into encases Mario in metal making him heavy and immune to projectiles temporarily.
F.L.U.D.D: Changes his Dash. Allows Mario to use the Squirt Nozzle and the Rocket Nozzle.
Luma Cap: Boosts N Air and F Air. Allows Mario to spawn cloud platforms.
Super Bell: Allows Mario to scratch, climb and pounce.
Double Cherry: Gives Mario a clone.
Cappy: Changes Mario's F Smash, D Air, Dash and Up B. Allows Mario to throw and jump on Cappy.
Super Hammer: Allows Mario to throw hammers, spawn crates and boosts his Dash.
Pow Block: Gives Mario a POW Block.
Rotten Mushroom: Follows Mario or any fighter who attacks him and poisons them.

Final Smash: Mario Finale
Mario Finale is different depending on what power up you have.
Fireball: Ultra Flame
Ice Ball: Blizzard
Super Mushroom: Mega Mushroom
Cape Feather: Super Dragon Yoshi
Metal Cap: Wing Mario
F.L.U.D.D: Polluted Piranha Plant
Luma Cap: Red Star
Super Bell: Giga Cat Plessie
Cappy: T. Rex Rampage
Super Hammer: Super Mario Maker Madness

These are quite creative changes! I agree that the developers of Smash 64 could have been a bit more creative when designing Mario's move set. I feel like giving him another projectile or a disjointed hitbox (like you have here) would easily make Mario a top-ten character since his greatest weaknesses right now are his lackluster neutral game and small hitboxes. That being said, I still feel like Mario's current moveset has a lot of great moves like the cape, which is incredibly unique in that only Doc and Mii Swordfighter have moves that work the same way. If we got rid of the cape, Mario would honestly be a bit less fun to play.
