Rearranging the Character Select Icons?

Hi everyone and I'm kinda new to modding Melee. I was wondering is it possible to change the order the characters appear on the selection screen or maybe after unlocking Luigi, Pikachu's icon will stay between Mario and Bowser? I mostly want this to work on the Wii.

Okay, I actually need help to get it on the Wii. When I open Nintendont on the Homebrew Channel, I get a message saying "Failed to load IOS58 from NAND: LoadKernel () error 5 occurred, returning -1"

your wii either hasnt been updated to 4.3 or you messed with it through modding somehow with some other game loader
if you messed with it somehow just get this https://wiibrew.org/wiki/IOS58_Installer IOS58 is usb 2.0 support, nintendont uses it so you can play with for example a PS4 controller\

Thanks, but when I try to install it, it says "Error Installation failed."
If this helps on the top right of the homebrew channel says "1.0.8 IOS58 v255.255"

I'm pretty sure I haven't modded much on my Wii. But I do have NeoGamma R9 Beta 47 on the main menu.

oh, i think thats why, im not sure but i think that messes with alot, i would recommend getting only homebrew, and nintendont

Hey, I manage to get Nintendont to finally work. I just manually download IOS58-64-v6176.wad and used WAD manager to install it. The cheats are successfully loaded. Thanks!
