Rated T for Cartoon Violence and...Crude Humor?

So I was over at Nintendo's Press Site (press.nintendo.com, username: guest, password: nintendo), and I was checking out the SSBB page. In case you haven't heard, it has gotten a T rating. It says it's due to Cartoon Violence (duh) and Crude Humor (wtf). I'm assuming the Crude Humor is due to the Wario Waft as well as Snake's commentary...I wonder what else Snake says that's "crude"...

NOTE: I'm not actually complaining, so don't post stuff saying "Does it matter?" or "Why are you complaining?"

Might not just be what Snake *says*. Hell, I would've thought there would've been some warning to go with his somewhat... "skin-tight"... clothing >.> But I'd assume the crude humour is mainly just Wario as a whole. I mean, he burps and farts as part of his moveset, 'nuff said.

That said, I think Wario Waft is the cause for "Crude Humor."

I think that the rating system is getting out of hand, since when does any person that isnt a teenager yet care about bathroom humour. They even added an age rating to E now theres different sections of E like E 10+. If it's E 10+ its not really for everyone now is it... hell smash doesnt even have blood or anything, those are atleast decent reasons to add a T rating, or like bad language or something.
