Tip: Falcon recovery can be destroyed by the Weak Knee to Uair or another Knee.

Also, i loved the last kill in the first fight, nice edged grabbing using the Raptor Boost

Exactly my opinion. I have to confess that my jaw dropped when I saw that edge-grabbing-technique being finally used in a real match (even if it was a friendly)... I wish I could even pull it off! Lol.

@Dekar:

Even though it's easy to play aggressively and get somewhere in Falcon dittos, you seem to know how to punish mistakes pretty well. Your Falcon looked solid, but I think it would be easier to critique you if you were to post matches against some other characters. Preferably against a character(s) that limits Falcon's options to a bare minimum.

Keep up the good work either way.

Both are dittos, which is probably my favorite match-up with Falcon, aside from Diddy.

Watched the 1st match against Mario:
Too bad for you that knew what he was doing. Mario Vs. falcon is a pretty hard match-up for falcon, but I think you held up up pretty good. The best thing was that you reacted quickly to most of his actions.

Huh, the matches seem...slow for some reason, whatever. Anyway, you got some really nice knees in there but I feel like there were instances where you need to learn more of the extent of Falcon's range. I personally thought some moments you pulled off were really good with your reads.

But hey, I'm a new guy

Youre def right about the range part, I think I also need to get more precision in general, falcons such a fast guy it's hard to space perfectly with him, at least for me. But I guess it's also more rewarding than with some other characters.

I will def work on that ****, have only Falcon for about a week so far so I should be able to get better.

I've given some thought to these matches and figured I was missing a lot of basic things, such as intelligent use of B-Air, could've used more Down-B to combat Mach Tornado, and shouldn't have thrown out F-Air as much as I did. That said, I'm more than happy to hear what you have to say that would help me improve. Thanks in advance.

Definitely use more bair. Note that if you bair right after the apex of a shorthop, Falcon suffers even less lag than a normal AC.

I would recommend using at least some utilt (to beat tornado). It's a slow move but the hitbox is ********.

I didn't see you use any up-b OoS. It beats tornado (when MK is above you) and it's pretty good overall.

Lack of opponent variety makes it hard to give suggestions (MK). Didn't see any jab mixups (MK). Jab -> jab -> Knee and jab -> jab -> crossup bair both work surprisingly well.

You used a lot of risky **** that somehow worked which shouldn't lol.

I watched the WF set and well, you did very good. The 2 main advices I'd give you are :
-watch your air to ground game, Dair and Fair have horrible landing lag while Nair Uair and Bair either have very low landing lag or can AC early.
-second thing is to be careful when you recover from the ledge. MK has them options so you should never ever be predictable. Edit : and always keep track of your RCO.
