Here is a list of all the notes I have written when in the lab, some of then are definitely obvious and I would not be surprised if some are just wrong, anyway thought it might be helpful to share them
Count the amount of jumps you have used for the uair combo, if you drop it early the ko is usually not gonna happen
Uair will always combo into shuttle loop
Holding in on the loop sends them higher but has a harder time connecting
Dthrow usmash is true at 0
Dthrow stairway is true with di at 20, if they di get 1 uair and fair or nair
1st 2 hits of bair spike and almost always jablock
Dtilt is real good out of shield and easy to follow it with a dash grab
Uthrow kills at 170 on fd, has high bkb, but only 70 kbg
Dthrow jump shuttle loop is true at some percents but can be DIed, kills light characters at 90
Nair or dair out of shield works, but dair has more landing lag
Dtilt dimensional cape can work around >100
Dimensional cape is a good way to get through projectile walls
Shuttle loop is real good for reading air dodges
Dimensional cape cant be 2 framed
Utilt goes higher than usmash
Fsmash hits real ****ing hard, but has a lot of end lag
Back end of dsmash hits harder and has higher knockback
Dsmash comes out real fast and can be used as an out of shield option if they are behind you
Never drill rush or dimensional cape when if missed you could fall off
Never Tornado offstage, doesnt snap to ledge and bounces you off
Tornado for ledge get up punish
Edgeguard by hover dairing or nairing, try to only do 3-4
Shuttle loop snaps to ledge on first up if done right, easy to learn, also helps if slightly under the stage, the safest option wheb going to ledge because of speed
Ftilt 1 combos into shuttle loop
Always mix up recovery between cape, drill and shuttle loop
Cape cannot be 2 framed since its a tele
If loop hits them when recovering, sometimes hold down to hit then with the second part
Drill should only be used if you are going to land on stage, some stages dont let you snap to ledge and you will die
Ladder usually starts at 30-40 for average fallers, 15-25 floaties, 45-65 fast fallers
Tip of dash attack is the worst angle, fewest followups and is unsafe on shield, mid foot sends bit further up and can convert to uairs, ankle is easiest to make something out of and is safe on shield
Fair is safe on shield
Can stage spike with nair if facing towards the stage
Bthrow is a kill throw at the ledge at 160
Dtilt has a 25% to trip
Utilt can link to uair, but can be DIed
Dimensional cape punishes smashes charges at the ledge super good when youre recovering
Utilt can be used after a dash attack, can usually get 2 off at lower percents
Approaching with dtilt is usually unsafe since it doesnt hit directly in front of you and will sometimes put you past them with it
Jab can be edge cancelled which is super helpful because it has real bad endlag and you commit to around 60 frames just by pushing the A button
You can change the horizontal positioning of Shuttle Loop, but if held away from them will cause the second hit to miss unless they DI into it, better to just drop your controller than doing it for abything but to recover
Only bad MUs are ZSS, Samus, and Sheik
Can actually challenge Cloud in the air because of the ridiculous air mobility from jumps
Actually has very low air acceleration, similar to fox
Dair is a great oos option since it covers a good distance, but need to use the cstick for it cause it has a lot of landing lag
Shuttle loop is a good oos option since it has 8 frames of startup and is a really strong kill move around 90
Hanging onto ledge to cover low recoveries with bair lets you spike to footstool if you land 1-2, or kill around 90 with 3rd hit
No moves work as a ledge get up with drop down jump into aerial since the jumps dont go high enough
Even though aerials onto stage from ledge dont work, drop drop and flying higher to cape or something onstage is a good option
Landing drill into the ground on battlefield and dreamland will put you right onto the platform if done right under it (doesnt work on middle one)
Drill can be used as a kill move at the edge, but of you miss there is a good chance you will die from it
If you want to safely drill at the edge, hold up and you will curve back making it way safer
Can footstool a dthrow around 13-34% but does less damage, lower chance of killing and more unreliable
