Rage toggleable in Ultimate?

Seen this discussed elsewhere before and now Zero uploaded this video.

Opinions?

I think this might be an amazing change if true. Definitely the least liked mechanic in 4.

Seems like it. I wonder how "customizable" it is.

Like, can you make it so damage goes DOWN the more damaged you are?

I'm thinking that might just be the handicap option. It's possible they expanded it a bit, but I don't know if I'd jump to rage toggling.

Nothing is certain yet, aside from the icon similarity. It'd be interesting if rage could be turned off, but if rage begins at 120%, then it might not even matter.
