I don't know if this is already known since I'm not a Ganondorf main and my friend and I were just trolling around when we found this.

Once you use side b and you go off the ledge, you would usually die. However, this isn't the case if you hold left or right (depending on what side of stage you are on) you will grab the ledge. So we figured that you could ledge trump or ledge grab from any length that the side b can go. Such as the farthest it can go, or just at the ledge.

This tech could be useful for Ganondorf mains by giving them easy ledge trumps from far away to his powerful back/down air. It also gives an easy way to ledge trump for Ganondorf.

To perform, be on stage and just side b off the stage and hold left or right, depending on what side of stage, and you will grab the ledge.

I hope this might be helpful, but this might also be already found. Have fun

This is pretty much known since the release of the game. It's good for making your Gerudo less likely to be punished when trying to grab ppl near the ledges.

But as a Trump Tool, it is a pretty bad option 9 times out of 10. It is very telegraphic, since you can't really bait ppl to buffer a jump, attack, or roll effectively.
