I think it's interesting to listen, because it gives you a totally different view of Russia than if you just listen to western media.

In my book, Putin is not good. But he's not any worse than Obama or any of the EU leaders either. And I think it's good that Putin exists, because there needs to be a balance in the world, someone who stands up to Obama and not just let him play world police everywhere.

It's an interesting watch if you have the time.

To be honest, aBBYS, I'm not taking something like this at face value. It's a Russian media program that is aimed at showing "a better side of Putin." It reminds me of Fox News in a few ways, and it feels propagandaish.

Which is to be expected. Every government does this sort of thing.

I don't think that's he's the emodiment of evil, but I'm still not a fan of the guy at all.
