PSA Naruto Uzumaki

They first released a Naruto texture.
Later Phantom Wings released PSA.
And now I release the combination of those two.

His moveset goes as followed.
A= Punch
AA= Punch - Kick
AAA= Punch - Kick - Jab Punch
Dash attack= Slide (a la mario)

F-Tilt= Forward Sword Slash
D-Tilt= Kick
U-Tilt= Upward Sword Slash

F-Smash= Spin Kick (with Chakra effect)
D-Smash= Kyuubi Chakra Explosion
U-Smash= Upward Punch (with Chakra effect)

N-B= Upward Cut (taken from the start of him final smash, with Chakra effect)
F-B= Chakra Push
D-B= Rasengan*
Air D-B= Uzumaki Barrage
U-B= Freefall Jump

Increased jump height and speed (to make up for his Up-B)
Modified weight

*The Rasengan has three situations.
If you don't hold Down-B then it will be a little ball right in front of you.
If you hold Down-B and release it at the first ping, it will be a normal, razorish Rasengan close to you but not in front of you.
If you hold Down-B and don't release it/release it at the second ping, it will be a big (odama) Rasengan that will have a lot of knockback and is placed farther away from you.

The PSA is for Ike.
This is my first shot at moveset hacking, so it may not be that great of a PSA.

It looks OK, can't try it now, but he looks very overpowered according to this:

I also added an extra jump,
Increased jump height and speed,
Modified weight,
increased size,
Decreased gravity.
Which should be changed to:

I also added an extra jump, No, don't add an extra jump... That's way too Overpowered, especially with the other overpowered n00b stats you gave him.
Increased jump height and speed, This I understand, because he's Naruto, your a huge fanboy, but just increase Jump and Speed by a little bit, not over 9000 hax speed and jumps :/
Modified weight, Okay, Okay, understandable. Just don't make him too heavy.
increased size, WTF NOOO. Ike should be the same height as Naruto, no need to make him bigger.
Decreased gravity.Again, no. This stat will just make the character unbalanced, and cheap. No one wants a cheap character.

Wow, your so called "stats" for Naruto, looks like you were just playing around with the attributes section of PSA. Just Fix what I said, and he might be a balanced character.

EDIT: Watched the video of Naruto. Looks extremely unbalanced and awkward to play as. Balance him, then he gets a nice safe spot on my SD card.

The vid was from a advanced alpha against a lv3 CPU.

The extra jump: I think about removing it.
Jump height and speed: Not my priority to change it right away.
Size: Going to reduce it.
Gravity: have to test out which gravity is best.

And about the moves,
I'm still a bit unhandy with PSA.
So I need help to balance the moves.
