Who is Phoebe?

Phoebe Heyerdahl is a main character in the popular Nicktoon series Hey Arnold, which ran on Nickelodeon from 1996 to 2004. She is Helga's best friend and sidekick. She is also the smartest kid at P.S 118, and is known for her many academic achievements, but she has had a lot of blunders over the years, from plagiarizing a poem for a poetry contest to farting into a microphone on stage when she was accepting an award for her perfect attendance.

How will she fight?

Phoebe would be like Lincoln or April and use random, objects to fight, as she's not really a fighter in her show. She would actually use various school supplies as weapons, including rulers, books, pencils, and more. She would overall be a unique option to be Hey Arnold's second rep in my opinion.

What are her chances?

Phoebe isn't very likely, but Hey Arnold is popular so it could get a second rep. She faces competition from Arnold himself and Gerald, but Arnold himself isn't that well requested despite his iconic status due to him being a pacifist. So Phoebe could squeeze herself onto the roster if the devs want a second Hey Arnold rep but at the same time don't want to add the football headed boy himself. She is pretty popular within the Hey Arnold fanbase so they could pick her and the audience would be fine with it.
