My laptop was able to run it at 60fps with the graphics engine they took out, now I gotta wait until they somehow make super improvements some more to get back to 60fps: or otherwise improve my desktop to run it since I can't replace a graphics card on a laptop that came factory pre-installed/integrated with one. My desktop is 2 gigs of RAM though I'd pry have to improve that too unless its primarily on your graphics card (finding RAM for my desktop's type is super expensive, DELL XPS 420. It originally came with 32 bit Vista and I put 64 bit Windows 7 on it years later).
Desktop:
RAM: 2gigs
Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU E6760 @ 2.66GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.7GHz (is this good?)
ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO (what about this graphics card? how much better is this one? http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce-Express-Graphics-01G-P3-1302-LR/dp/B0049MPQA4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1391473805&sr=8-1&keywords=graphics card)
Approx. Total Memory: 884 MB

Um, im not a computer expert. My friend picked out all the computer parts i just put it together lol. But what makes my graphics card work is that it has open GL, which makes it run Dolphin very well. I believe most nvidia cards have opengl so good thing you chose a nvidia card. But when choosing that card i suggest you purchase a version with 2gigs rather than 1gig. And are you upgrading your laptop? because im not sure if that is possible, but like i said im not a computer guy

But you should start saving for a gaming computer, it was the best investment i ever made.

I don't think I can upgrade my laptop besides adding more RAM cus it's a factory Integrated Intel® HD 4000 graphics, and I ain't buyin it a new processor. If adding +4 gigs of RAM to it though made it run Dolphin fine rather than trying to boost my desktop then that could turn out to be cheapest. But I hear it's mostly reliant on graphics card.

damn, its sucks that you can't play netplay, you should start saving for a gaming computer if there is nothing else you're set on buying.

Why would you add any character from the Sonic universe? They're either clones or look absolutely ridiculous.

Only thing I'm disappointed about is the lack of Ridley.

I know this is definitely real from one thing: this guy's work isn't very professional looking, no offense, EXCEPT for this incredibly detailed model with her own character portrait.
