Does anyone have a clue when it will be released in Australia??? Even a guess would be alright.

Yeah we Aussies always get the short end of the stick. I would say May or June.

I would like to think we could have this before April but it doesn't look that way.

Why we need all these extra languages is beyond me though.

How many aussies do you know that actually speak French or German?

If Australia was treated better by Nintendo I reckon we could expand our gaming community.

Sure 200,000 and more, isn't all that big, but it could be if attention to it was taken. Though then again there isn't a day that goes by that I don't see a Nintendo Wii ad.

REmember the reason why it wasn't in the release schedule for early 2008 is because there still has been no PAL release date announced. So why put it in if they are as clueless as we are. The same can be said about Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn.

This is why people mod their wii or import, Aussies probably hold the highest percentage, the difference is.... it's legal here.
If Nintendo really cares about worldwide Wi-fi then they should make sure everyone gets this game around the same time... instead of 6 months later. And if Sakurai is concerned about people getting spoilers, then maybe we should get it all around the same time. So we can all face spoilers together.

What's the point of saying this is going to be a worldwide Wifi game. If only two regions get it at the start of the year and the rest get it in the mid year.

But also wait a second i'm pretty sure Sakurai said he was making this game for all languages on each version. So all we have to wait for is for them to convert the NTSC code to PAL.

If Mario Galaxy can do a worldwide month launch so can Smash Bros. If Sonic and the Secret Rings can do it in a month then so can Smash Bros. If Mario and Sonic at the OLympics can do it in a week... then so can Smash Bros.

Hopefully it wont be a whole year like a certain Fire Emblem game though.

Well if you are right, and from what i can see you are, regarding the month/week - europe/australia (assuming thats what you are reffering to) release date ratio regarding Super Mario Galaxy, Sonic etc, this might be a new trend, considering these games are some of the most recent to date, not to mention capitalise on nintendo its-self.

Id be willing to say anything with mario/sonic or both seem to get this treatment (so yay for Brawl :D), but it could just be wishful thinking. But as of yet, to my knowledge (which unfortunatley isnt very expansive on this issue), all* the games on Wii that have been released in Australia fairly close to the European release dates.

We might not get as neglected ragarding nintendo's gaming, as we have in the last couple of decades :ohwell:

The last date we were given was Q1, but that was before the delay. Europe was given a list of all games in Q1 and 2 but BRawl wasn't on it at all, though not long after they said the games for Q2 had yet to be finalised.
