Possible Change to Olimar's Recovery

Seeing as recoveries are going to be getting changed around and whatnot for the new PM Update. What kind of nerfs do you think Olimar is going to possibly get? The only thing I can think of that they would possibly do is make it so his Neutral B wont have him hover when he is in the air.

They won't remove his Neutral B hop. Olimar is at a constant disadvantage when recovering. Them limiting his tether latches down to 2 is enough of a nerf on his part.
