Should every pokemon series have a playable rep in Brawl? if so, who?

Pikachu-1st gen
Scisor-2nd gen
Blaziken-3rd gen
Lucario-4th gen

Only first and latest really need reps (First Gen is memorable and the emblem of the series, fourth gen is the latest and quickest to our mind):

First: Pokemon Trainer, Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Mewtwo
Fourth: Lucario, Darkrai, Gallade, or Weavile (not all of them)

Second and Third Gen have some memorable ones, but most don't really last the passage of time (popularity or viability for players). I doubt they'll see a rep.

First Gen: Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Pokemon Trainer
Second Gen: Aipom
Third Gen: Blaziken
Forth Gen: Lucario
