Title of the bug: Flinchless Armor / No-KB Glitch

Version found in: Project M 3.6

Hardware you are running: Wii and Dolphin 4.0-7840

Loading Method: Project M Launcher and Gecko

Details
Characters with multiple jumps can attain a state of near-permanent flinchless armor by performing the following steps.
The character can still receive knockback from throws.

Requires Mario and a character with multiple jumps.
The following are elligible: Charizard, Jigglypuff, King Dedede, Kirby, Meta Knight, and Pit.

1. Multi-Jumper must be in the air without using a jump.
2. Mario capes Multi-Jumper.
3. During frames 1-2 of cape hitlag, Multi-Jumper inputs a jump turnaround.
4. Input any other action except for jump immediately afterwards.

Extra Notes: I'm unsure of whether or not this is a Brawl bug or not. Death does not turn off the glitch, only re-caping does.

EDIT: Also, this was reported in 3.02 but I don't believe there was any clarification on what exactly happened back then.
