Oh gawd, plz up-res Jigglypuff, those eyessss. Also, props to the ZSS, I've been wanting that revamp of ZSS for awhile, especially for the alts. On top of being a good character in 3.6, we're going to be swarming with skin tight bathing suit woman mains.

Not necessarily suggesting a redux of regular Samus, but here's a sweet picture of Samus I screencapped after watching an AMAZING Metroid fan movie.

I really like how they added those 4 glowing bits on the circular part of the Arm Cannon from Other M, yet they kept the overall design from Prime.

I'd like to give my feedback on the ZZS costumes shown today. First off, all three are a massive improvement. Something about the old costumes never looked right and so I stuck to using SJS's on the rare occasion that I used ZZS for anything. I especially like that texture magic you explained earlier that makes everything better. The quality is on the rise. I wasn't sure I'd like the holster addition to the alts, but I do. Consistency and all. And speaking of consistency, I really appreciate using the same renders for the costumes regardless of alt/default, but I will echo the common complaint that her left leg looks a bit strange at that angle. Now for specific feedback.

Fusion Blue

This one is the most improved. Much closer to the source material which is always a crowd pleaser. The only thing that could be done to make it closer to source is to have the three prominent rings around the top of her boot.

Fusion White

Definitely an improvement, but it doesn't follow it's source as well as the previous one. Her collar and boots don't match and her wristbands lack the same detail. But the most concerning thing is her sleeve. It's definitely sitting too low on her body and makes her breasts look odd.

Justin Bailey

Looks more like a leotard and less like a powersuit as it should. Nice. Not sure how I feel about the huge purple stripe, but I do recognize that a solid color wouldn't translate well to a 3D environment. The hair looks really good and though I'll miss the old loose high tops, the tube socks were a neat touch. I won't judge the arm cannon until I see it in action.

Considering all the CSPs are made from the brawl trophies, which in turn are the brawl models, I'll have to question what it is you're talking about. The only thing sonic needs back are his bracelets.

It could just be an illusion caused by Sonic fans a while ago (there was a big Sonic discussion sometime in my life),
and it could just be camera angles, but

The colour's brighter, the eyes are bigger, hand's smaller, the snout is a bit less blobby, the quils are a bit more upward, and that creepy mouth.

Of course - those could just be because of the field of view or the camera angle or something. I'm not a Sonic specialist, but nonetheless, Brawl Sonic is just creepy.

They cleaned up the renders with photo editing software. Not only did they clean up the textures, they also altered models.

I have a hunch it'll be a small update, a-la 3.65 or whatever, focused on costumes that didn't make it into 3.6, and buffing Jigglypuff because why not.

Then again - 3.6 was intended to be the same for 3.5... But then they never stopped adding things.

Someone from the PMDT (don't remember who) said on reddit that the next patch will include these costumes and no changes to the game balance.
I would like to see 4.0/new characters released before 2016 comes and I get a full time job, but that's a pipe dream at this point.

Perhaps that's just me then, her moveset seems a little uninspired, but I've always had trouble with that genre of character, so it could be personal bias.
I know for a fact that when the new model is released, she'll be the only character I play as, heheheh.

Okay, so I know I was the last person to make a post, making this a double post, making me a bad person, I honestly feel guilty about this... But this is important. There is canon material for an Olimar costume that we've been neglecting:

This image is from the surface of the Hocotate Ship's hull. Angel robe Olimar is 100% canon and 100% feasible. This pattern is even in Pikmin 2, 3, Brawl and Smash 4. The wings could even be used for the jetpack move probably.

No No No No No No, I refused to believe this. I have been following Project M for 3-4 years. I fell in love with 2.6 as that gave me a fresh new look on brawI and got me into the brawl modding community. I remember when the 3.0 Roy trailer came out I was freaking out. I did not sleep at all that day. I was just so excited. I told all my friends at school about it, even the ones that didn't care. I watched that trailer like 10-12 times. That's when I told everyone about the game and told them to play it. Every since then, not for one second had I stopped loving Project M. The new costumes, the balance, new modes, everything about it I could not believe how amazing it was. I am so happy I got to play this game. And I will keep playing it. But I never thought I would see the day where pm would just....stop. All I can say is thank you for those six years. Thank you for showing me what passion truly is. I am literally in tears right now.

As long as the community lives, Project M will never die, and with your new Project "from the ground up", I eagerly await whatever else you guys distribute! If I see a legit company from you guys, I'll buy whatever you dish out!

Project M actually helped me through a really hard time in my life, it's because of you (I am referring to the Project M team as "you") I love Smash, because of you I touched Smash modding, and because of you that I signed up for Smashboards and met really cool Smash community people! Thanks, ya bunch o' nerds!

It's just such a shame. I can't imagine how it feels to have what must have been at least hundreds of hours of work (from costumes, and those leaked characters among other things we never saw) essentially be put to waste. That's why I'm sure there's more going on than we know about. There's no way such passionate developers would just drop everything all of a sudden.

So it comes at an unfortunate time, but today marks one year since I started posting screenshots from Project M in a screenshot thread. With the update I added today, contains multiple screenshots of every character, screenshots of every alt (although not every recolor, that's a work in progress), and now screenshots for every stage.

I am disappointed that there will not be the opportunity to take screenshots of new Project M content (especially after seeing what had been shown so far for the next update), but Project M has already produced so much to enjoy and further explore.

I am not on point with m wording today, but I guess for now, the thing to say for now is "Thanks"
