I'm a pixel artist. I make images entirely using MS Paint's pencil tool.

The computer I've been spriting on is under repair so I'm not able to post progress,
but I have Ice Kirby 90% done, and Tails 20% done.

hahah good stuff. pixel art is fun =] I think the legs on Ness should be shortened, he looks kinda tall there. Unless you're going for a more realistic look? Good job on it nonetheless. Animating is so much work!

Yeah, it had to be a certain size so it could fit with the other characters in the style. (Check tSR forum's Smash Bros. Project for more info)
