Peach's uptilt

Does peaches up tilt kill? Was playing around with it and saw that there's a hit box on the ground and it seems to have a lot more knock back than the hit boxes in her heart. Halp!

I do believe it can, probably if your opponent is at around 150%, which is when hoop damage stops taking affect.

The stronger hitbox kills at about 140 without rage, earlier with rage. It's located around her shoulder. The hitbox placement is really weird though, I'm not really sure what they were trying to accomplish with it.
