how should i play this matchup? i know it is heavily in jiggs favor, but i need to know some rest setups that work on peach and some general tips.

The MU is very slow, and requires a lot of precise spacing. Watch Hungrybox and Armada play and study that.

Bairs bairs and more bairs. Puff has significantly faster aerial mobility than Peach does, so as long as you can get a read on their movement you can outspace them with Bairs and Fairs. If she recovers high go after her with Bairs, fairs and Up airs, if she tries to recover low, be careful because Peach's up air out-prioritizes just about any option you have.
