Hello. I don’t know what happened to my ssbu game. Initially the down tilt was fine for the c stick, worked perfectly. Then one day I get on to play and the c stick performs down smash , when I try and do down tilt. It’s literally the most frustrating thing I’ve ever experienced lol. And Daisy is my main , so it’s pretty necessary for my down tilts to be consistent. I’ve tried to switch the control settings just to see. Any advice ???

I never heard of such a problem. I can only think of 2 things. You might of had the C stick set to smash or for some reason hitting c stick down on tilt stick plus dwn on the controller gives you a dsmash.
