Panda Global Announces PG Key to Frostbite Online Qualifier

There's already a lot of excitement leading up to Frostbite 2017, but Panda Global has upped the stakes further. On February 12th and 16th, they will be hosting a free Super Smash Bros. for Wii U online qualifier. PG Key to Frostbite 2017 is free to enter for any North American resident aged 13 and over with a stable internet connection. The winner will receive full compensation for flights and entrance fees to Frostbite 2017, plus a complimentary Panda Global hoodie and shirt. In addition, they'll be able to stay at the PG House leading up to the event in order to hone their skills with Panda-sponsored players. Below you can view the schedule for the online qualifier:

Date & Time (PST) | Event
Feb 12th at 10 a.m. | Pools → Top 128 → Top 32
Feb 16th at 5 p.m. | Top 8
Frostbite 2017 has already attracted a lot of international talent, particularly from Japan. The fearsome Link main T and Olimar master Shuton will make their first stateside appearances. In addition to the usual Singles and Doubles, the event will also feature a Japan vs. USA crew battle featuring some of the best players from both countries. These include Gonzalo "TSM|ZeRo" Barrios, Yuta "LG.Abadango" Kawamura, Samuel "RNG|Dabuz" Buzby, Rei "2GG|komorikiri" Furukawa and many more.
