Do as the title says. Feel free to expand your lists with every new game you get.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
+ Massive yet still packed and varied open world that is an absolute delight to explore
- No postgame; after beating the final boss the game drops you right before the final boss again and nothing has changed

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
+ A humongous, triumphant character roster, each one feeling unique (apart from the literal clones) and surprisingly balanced
- A severe lack of single-player content compared to past games

Fortnite
+ Building opens up many interactions and vastly distinguishes it from other similar games
- Very questionable item removals and additions progressively making the game too chaotic

Splatoon 2
+ Highly engaging, fast-paced multiplayer gameplay with a large variety of wacky, innovative weapons
- Missing features like CPU matches or replays

Super Mario Odyssey
+ Cappy and the Capture ability create so much variety and freedom in worlds and Moons
- Too many Moons, many of which can be obtained by doing virtually nothing

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe
+ The most official content in a Mario Kart game to date, with 42 racers, 23 items, 48 courses, 8 Battle stages and 5 Battle modes
- A lot of filler characters, infamously Pink Gold Peach, Baby Daisy, Baby Rosalina, Tanooki Mario and Cat Peach

Super Mario Maker 2
+ Creating your own levels is still fascinating, and playing others' levels even more so
- Using a traditional controller to create levels is much less intuitive than a touchscreen, which you cannot use in TV Mode

Animal Crossing: New Horizons
+ More customization than any previous game in the series, giving the player near-total control of their island
- Terraforming is extremely slow and feels unfun despite the outcome of it

Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity
+ Fun, packed maps with varied objectives freshening the otherwise repetitive gameplay
- Disappointing story that goes against canon for the sake of a happy ending

Edit: Removed a couple of full stops.

Super Mario Odyssey
+ Fun game with nice designs for kingdoms.
- Some Moons feel like a chore to get.

Snipperclips
+ Cute and charming visuals.
- A nightmare if you can't cooperate or play with people that can't cooperate.

Overcooked: Special Edition
+ Chaotic in a fun a way
- Can be hard if you can't cooperate or play with people that can't cooperate.

Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee
+ Eevee is adorable.
- Hard to complete 100% due to all the master trainer battles.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
+ Incredible, one of my favorite games of all time.
- GSP is flawed.

Kirby Star Allies
+ Dream Friends :D
- The bosses can be repetitive during the main game.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe
+ Beautiful graphics.
- I didn't get enough fruits during the main game and the narrator made me feel bad about it. :(

SNES Virtual Console thingy
+ Fun retro games to play
- where earthbound

NES Virtual Console thingy

Smash Ultimate:
+ Hours upon hours of replayability and one of my favorite games of all time
- Buggy netcode shies players away from online battles

Pokémon Shield:
+ Fun story and characters, as well as wild Pokémon variety
- No national dex; extra Pokémon are locked behind a paywall

Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu!:
+ Fun tie-ins to other games, like Smash
- Boring and unfun; feels less like a Pokémon game and more like Pokémon Go Nowhere Cuz You're In Quarantine

Super Mario All-Stars (yes I'm a moron):
+ Hours of replayability and nostalgia
- Scummy business tactics, no SMG2

Scribblenauts Showdown:
+ Come on, it's Scribblenauts.
- Bad writing system and little actual linearity

Animal Crossing New Leaf:
+ Charming, cute, and fun characters
- Not very replayable (imo) or rewarding
