Official ban D3 thread.

This penguin been legal too long.

Reasons for banning :

• He overcentralizes neutral stages like Fd/Smashville and Cp's like delfino.
  
• He can constantly kill opponents at 0 on CS and Delfino.
  
• He never dies.
  
• He has a move that can beat every other move or superarmor it (Inhale).
  
• He has a suicide KO move that will always result in his victory for the if done right.
  
• He has an overwhelming advantage on at least 50% of the cast and a good advantage on at least 30% of the remaining characters.
  
• He has no bad matchups when you give him a metal box.
  
• He is really easy to pick up and use in tourney. He isn't hard to learn. Just Dthrow and Bair.
  
• He has guaranteed kills on characters either by just Cg'ing to the edge and release or via Dtilt out of a Dthrow.

The list goes on...

He over-centralizes these stages. Sure some characters do better against him there like and , but he bodies more then 80% of the cast there (Including himself in the ditto).
