Introducing, Nebs' first smash64 major!

The really cool part: We have over $1000 in sponsorship money (thanks hitbox!) that we'll be able to use to fly players out. We're going to do some interesting things with this tournament: registrants will vote on the structure of the tournament, and who we fly out!
Venue fees will increase after each round of voting, so make sure to register early!
What you can expect:
* 40 CRTs, with as many consoles as we can get! (A google form for those bringing consoles will go up soon).
* Like all Nebs majors, we'll have RR pools, going into pro and amateur brackets.
* A professional level stream, with 480p HDMI stream quality, JimmyJoe's silky smooth commentary, and all of top 8 streamed (and matches that go up on youtube as soon as the match ends!).
* Tons of friendlies and a good time overall in a big venue that can fit 160 people easily, and has AC :D
