LASmash Tournaments and Phat Collectibles present Smash of Ages 2.5!
We'll be hosting a SSB64, Melee, and Sm4sh 3DS tournament. In addition, we will be hosting a Smash 4 tournament (supply your own 3DS as well as copy of Smash 4 for entry).
-Doors open at 12PM
-$5 Entry fee/Game entered
-$5 Venue Fee
-Standard Brackets for all games to ensure a smooth and efficient tournament (Pools will definitely be considered in the future)
-Depending on how many streaming sets we have, we might only stream Melee but will definitely stream all games' Top 3.
-AS ALWAYS, PLEASE BRING SETUPS AND CRTs.
SCHEDULE FOR ALL GAMES (Tentative)
12PM - Doors open
1PM - Bracket production begins
1:30PM - Brackets are closed and will begin
8PM - Grand finals
Rule Sets:
Melee: Smashboards.com/rulesets/melee/
SSB64:
All sets with the exception of the below are best-of-3.
Winners Semis and Losers Semis, Winners Finals, and Losers Finals are best-of-5.
Grand Finals are best-of-7.
Starter Stage: Dream Land unless gentleman's to a different legal stage if both player's agree.
Legal Stages: Congo Jungle, Hyrule Castle, Dream Land, and Peach's Castle.
Smash 4:
Stock count set to 3
Timer set to 8 minutes
If any game goes to time and both players have the same number of stocks then the player with the lower percent wins the game. If the players are tied for percent then a one-stock, 3-minute overtime game will be played.
