Includes all character balances, Samus Cannot Bomb Jump Out of Zair, Remove Extender, Samus and DK Keep Charge When Hit During Up B, Detection Bubbles Do Not Skip Hurtbox Collision Check (Raptor Boost Through Projectiles), PAL Stock Icons and PAL CSS Indicator (texture from 20XX, thanks Achilles).

Only thing missing from this codeset is the freeze glitch fix. I couldn't figure out how to fix it and I don't think a code exists that fixes it yet. Other than that it should be extremely faithful to PAL.

How easy would it be to make one working the other way round? PAL to NTSC I mean. I've not seen one yet but there's a pretty active conversation in europe about swapping to UCF NTSC via Memcard Mods.

this save file is a bit outdated, it doesnt include IC's freeze glitch removal and some previously unknown kirby changes. this project isn't really on my radar anymore but i'll try to update it soon with UCF included as well.

Why would you make Samus keep her charge when hit during up B when she loses her charge in PAL?
