We have to be out by 11 P.M. and really need set-ups. If you can't bring a T.V., at least bring a Wii. If you can't bring a Wii, try to bring a T.V.

There is parking information in the tournament information. It was verified by the leader of the Austin Melee crew (he's been in the scene for 2+ years) and I have yet to verify it myself, but it should be correct.
If you see a sign prohibiting parking in either of the two areas anyway (or those locations are full), there is alternate parking in a lot close to the venue. It's called "Platinum Parking" and it costs $6 for a day permit.

It should be where the 2400 and "A" marker are. There's also 5-hour parking on the street next to it (you'd have to feed the meter, $1 per hour) and a parking garage behind it (should be around $12).
