Not getting best quality out of Svideo

Hey guys,
I've been trying to record our melee tourneys here, and I'm having issues with the video quality.
As you can see here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLh0JprbmzMPLKLg335yoQ8Qk3pu1dYkdL the video quality (Even though it's using S-Video) it's really bad, and I don't know what is causing it.
I'm using an Easycap and OBS

There are some S-video cables that are bad quality which can leave a checkerboard pattern or produce more or less a composite quality image though an S-video plug. The best bet is to get official cables but they can be much more expensive. I'm not aware of any good 3rd party brands.

It's a really good cable, so that's not the problem unfortunately I don't know if it's probably the capture card
