One of my friends isn't very good at the game.

Three of them are fairly good.

Can't wait for my friend to get back from Japan, though. I have yet found a way to beat him.

Mostly noob friends, one of which thinks edgehogging is cheap and so I don't do it to him, although otherwise he's pretty good, and a couple of my friends are really good imo, probably not in many of yours though.

I play with noobs alot of the time, but I'm also friends with some really good tourney-goers.

I'm way better than all my noob friends, but all my competative friends are way better than me. It can be kinda annoying.

It's even more fun to Super Wavedash, Shine Spike, etc. and noobs are like "HOLY ****! WHAT WAS THAT?!"

Of my friends, two are decent, but they're not super technical. I'm probably the most technical outta all of my friends, and the best.

But outside the immediate circle of my friends, I met other people at this tournament that are super technical (they won't do any movement thats not a wavedash), but I'm still better then them because they're so predictable and can't adjust for crap.

So I'd say in general San Mateo is in the middle, with a lotta casual players, some 'experts' and some noobs.

I've played with alot of =s. and its more fun than with noobs. but my norm smash crowd is this guy that is a bit worse than me, and a guy who's only a tiny tiny tiny bit better than me.
