You know, based off of Sigurd's appearence, I think he may fight using fencing technquies. His unarmed attacks (assuming he'd have any) could be based off of French foot fighting. I can't come up with a full moveset, but I have some ideas about his B moves and Final Smash:

Neutral B: Thunder Thrust; Sigurd pulls his sword back and begins to glow. Releasing the attack has him stab in front of himself, and when it is fully charged, it releases some weak lightning bolts from the tip of his sword.

Side B: Javelin; Sigurd pulls out a spear from nowhere and tosses it at the enemy. It's weak, and travels in a downward arc, but because of its hitting properties, it usally hits more than once, assuming it connects.

Up B: Expert Stab; Sigurd thrusts in front of himself, then quickly stabs his sword upwards, its momentum carring both himself and his enemy into the air. In the air, it can be angled at 90, 45, or 135 degrees, so no recovering worries.

Down : Counter; This move seems to be a common trait amongst FE chracters, so I took this one in. Sigurd's counter has considerable knockback, but its power is only half of the blocked move's (rounded up).

Final Smash: Ultimate Storm; Sigurd stabs upwards, facing the screen. A large thundercloud appears above the stage, and Sigurd shoots a bolt of lightning from his sword into the cloud. The cloud launches lightnig at the enemy, but if you keep moving you can dodge them at the last second. Sigurd is immobile during this attack, but super armor is in effect, so he takes damage, but won't get blown away.
