It seems Nintendo PR is getting ready for some announcements sooner than (we) expected. We previously mentioned news in regards to their online service are coming but it is becoming more apparent that there is more on the runway.

A lot of information going around about Nintendo getting something ready soon. Maybe another direct is coming up. Could be a mini one though.

I don't necessarily think it's a Direct given that E3 wasn't that long ago. It could always just be an announcement of their Universal Park project or something non-Direct related.

But nevertheless, it's something to keep an eye on.

Maybe just some video release with a website of details for online or something. Online really doesn’t need a crazy announcement for it to spread like wildfire. Nintendo probably realized this too.

If it leads to another smash announcement I would be hyped.

And that's a shame because Dark World had so many production problems and could have been SO much better, Patty Jenkins was gonna be the director and whoever the villain was they were gonna get more depth before Perlmutter forced Loki to get as much screentime as possible
