TMs are far from pointless.

They're the only way certain Pokémon can get certain moves, like Flamethrower on Clefable.

Actually, Opo, making things more convenient for the player really shouldn't be dubbed making the game easier. More accessible and easy for the player really shouldn't be classified as making things easier, they should be classified as quality of life improvements.

Yeah, I know your not serious, just wanted share some thoughts about what is actual difficulty and what is more tedious work.

I did one last night. In short:

Disney XD is moving some of it's current original animated shows over to Disney Channel for their current seasons. Two entirely new animated shows have also been greenlit for Disney Channel. That's all in addition to the fact that they're already airing Gravity Falls re-runs on that channel again

Naturally, I've been seeing a lot of recent speculation that the Disney XD channel might actually be coming to an end soon.

It’d be cool if in the next pokemon you could swap out moves for your pokemon at any time. So all moves are available and you don’t have to go to a move relearner or whatever.

This is the best thing about Ni No Kuni and Pokemon needs to adopt it stat. You've got four active moves, and outside of battle you have a menu with every move the monster has previously learned and from it you can choose your loadout.

The four move limit is a stubborn holdover from when the game had to fit on a 1 mb cartridge.

XD always seemed like it was meant to be aimed at young boys/teenage dudes but never really caught on aside from Gravity Falls.

By creating a drinking game around his habits, he managed to eradicate the entire population of Smashboards through alcohol poisoning. Though he never managed to put into a grander scale in life, if he were to obtain the Charisma necessary to spread his game throughout a country, there's no doubt he would be able to poison them all as well.
As a Servant, this Noble Phantasm is always in effect and will trigger its effects whenever he says "basically", instantly adding a small quantity of alcohol to anyone who hears it. While the quantity is small, over time, it'll accumulate and the victim will start to become disoriented before they fall to their death. However, this Noble Phantasm does not distinguish foes from allies, being advised that his Master should have some method to counter-act it during battle and advise him from talking at all outside of it, as it's very likely he'll slip out the word on accident.

If you said DXD was getting axed in 2010 I would celebrate (as it killed Jetix and the last remnants of Fox Kids in Latin America), but now it upsets me because it legit has some good stuff now.

You've got quite a good speaking voice in my opinion from the Golden Sun video I saw. Of course, the mic can sometimes make a voice sound different, so perhaps it's mainly just that? :o

Then again people told me I had a good narrator voice back in High School. I don't really think that highly of it. Mainly because I tend to stutter a lot haha.

I can name more than a few shows of theirs that were very short-lived. Gravity Falls was a big help for them when it moved. It didn't even premiere on that channel. It was a Disney Channel program until it got shifted over, and I'm fairly certain the same thing happened with Star Vs. Now, Star's coming back to Disney Channel for it's fourth season.

Wander over Yonder was doing pretty well, but it just got screwed over by the network when they refused to renew for another season and very slowly burned off it's remaining episodes.

I suspect most of that good programming is going move straight over to Disney Channel soon. Ducktales and Star Vs. have already been confirmed. No word on Mil Murphy or
any of their other animated shows just yet, including Marvel shows and the Pokemon anime. Only some of their original animated series have been announced to make the move so far. And there's no confirmation that the channel is actually shutting down as of yet either. Though people have good reasons to consider that it could be.

On the bright side, this might also mean that Disney Channel is finally going back to it's roots with more quality animated shows and less run of the mill teen sitcoms. I sure hope it does, anyway.

Elekid/Electabuzz: As a starter, Elekid is very strong, despite being classed as a Baby Pokémon. Because Falkner lacks the ability to take on Electric-Types (outside of... Mud-Slap), Elekid can just Thunderpunch all his 'mons easily. But you gotta get Elekid to learn it first, which is at level 10, I think. Both Elekid and Electabuzz has seriously awesome coverage mixed with good Speed. Good stuff all around.

Magmar: Catching Magmar requires awakening the dogs and searching the Burned Tower's basement. Its a rare find though, and you want to bring a Pokémon with Sleep Powder or Hypnosis. Once it came into my team, it basically did what Elekid was doing, but with a Fire STAB. Really good Pokémon, great for pure attacking.

Drowzee/Hypno: Surprisingly, not as garbage as I originally thought. While it does have good SpDef, its stats make it a mixed attacker, so it can use all Types effectively. However, it's stl fairly weak and I noticed that it wasn't able to pull its weight in the team. Not bad, but not good.

Pidgeot: Garbage coverage. I only kept it for FLY, but I later trained it after getting TM Steel Wing. Even then, it still was really bad, surprisingly worse than Hypno was. Perhaps I should of taken the time to check its movepool to see what I could of done differently.

Quagsire: In Crystal Clear, you can teach certain Pokémon Event Moves from the past. One of Quagsire's Event Moves were Belly Drum. This, combined with Earthquake and Iron Tail, made Quagsire an effective member of my team.

Bellossum: Another Pokémon with an Event move, the move being Leech Seed. With Leech Seed and Sleep Powder, Bellossum was very hard to kill. I later taught it Sludge Bomb and Giga Drain for good measure. Very good Pokémon overall.

Well if that's the case then I think OoT would take that list over Banjo Tooie for me despite me loving the latter.

When I think of games that influenced me, I think of OoT. The game that got me in to gaming as a whole and made me fall in love with the medium.
