Blue is probably so he has lines against Fused Zamasu since pretty sure Vegito was only against Super Buu otherwise.

I figured as much, but I've never been a big fan of the Blue form. I mean, I kind of like it on Goku, because it matches well with his orange gi. Though I'm sure it'll look better in the game than it did in the show for Vegito. I at least hope he has moves from the Super Buu fight.

Actually, he left and made one heartfelt message as to why he is leaving the Smash community and online in general.

So it was no ban, just him maturing and simply focusing on his own life.
