I can see how some people feel that way with Dark Beast Ganon because you can beat him with your eyes closed. I didn't mind it so much because the game was 100% about the journey for me, going into the Sanctum was my call to conclude the adventure, and it was epic despite being no harder than the previous bosses. As for the ending, I'm not sure what is so bad about it, the world can begin recovering and Zelda can finally be who she wants to be.

Yeah the Final Boss is a cake walk but why is the ending bad.

Seems fine to me. Gotta set up the DLC journey somehow.

The ending is... passable, and kinda just that. Zelda sealing(?) banishing (?) Ganon just kinda suddenly happened, her still being alive in general is... weird. And, while I assume it has 4 variants based on what dungeon Link beats first.... it just... feels not as celebratory or "complete" as other endings. It just didn't lift up the really underwhelming and personally disappointing final boss. I dare say Hyrule Warriors did Ganon better.

On one of those points, didn't Zelda try to go into stasis for a thousand years sealing Demise in Skyward Sword? A hundred years doing the same thing to Ganon doesn't seem to farfetched if there's already precedent.
