You know something's gone wrong where a final boss fight is so drawn out and dull that people just skip most of it because of the lack of damage-opportunities and immense hp pool.

MM bosses always had freedom and speed awesomeness of any boss fights but that was sad

Burruni , sorry if it took a while. So apparently, there's a new Yo-kai Watch called Type Zero for Nate to use that you can use to increase the befriending rate for Yo-kai. I don't know how much, but my friends have said that it is "way" easier. Take that as you will.

Wow..... I gotta say, I knew Mighty No. 9 would end in disappointment; good thing I never had interest in the game to begin with. I have to ask, but you guys didn't back up the game, right? To me, the delays should of foreshadowed the terrible end of the game.

I backed Shantae up to Tinkerbat tier, because it was the last tier with a prize that effects gameplay.

I would have gotten the physical stuff if it hadn't been for Mighty No 9 at the same time

Say guys, remember when Mega Man final bosses used to have some sort of scale and threat to them? You know, actually looked like something that could destroy the world?
Well nope! We've got Purple Ghastly Boss instead!


On the bright side, it fully encapsulates Mighty No 9 as a whole: Mediocre and unfulfilling.

3D World only had one, IIRC.

When I mean phases, I mean that something changes during the fight
I don'g know about Galaxy but Bowser cloned himself halfway through
But even with only two, I dunno, it had something to it

To it's credit it looks harder than the Final Boss of Network Transmission, though I'd chalk that up due to more HP & attack patterns. Hard to really tell over all until we get it in our hands. It's good to be skeptical, but I wouldn't be overly too negative until then.

If they're going with a computer virus final boss, I would have hoped they could have done something better visually than just a generic boss room with a minor camera angle change. The gameplay does look solid though.

IDK If I do write another guest article, it will definitely be on what can be done with the MM franchise.

1. Digimon Tamers
2. Digimon Frontier
3. Digimon Adventure

And even if it wasn't as bad, Savers and Fusion are still better.
