Newish player?

Hey. I'm just a smash player who has barely touched Smash U despite owning the game for long time and feels guilty about it. Part of the reason I don't play is because I have no one to play it with and while there is wifi, I prefer being able to play with people I can write to for better competitive experience. I haven't played in a long time and I'm just now getting back into it so I'm hoping I can meet players who can help me improve.

My main is Pikachu I guess. He's quick and powerful and has agility which is one of my favorite moves in Smash. I've always loved Pikachu ever since I first watched the anime on TV as a kid and I grew up playing the games and loved every single one of them. (I also adore the Pokemon Minccino, and interestingly enough both of these cute rodents were designed by the same person.)

Oh and random things about me just to make this a proper introduction.

~I like writing short stories, especially spooky horror stories. Boooo. o:
~I love singing, and music. I'm learning to play guitar but singing is my main thing.
~I love cooking! I've probably cooked up your favorite food many times.
~I'm a bit of a gymnast! I can do cartwheels, backflips and other cool stunts.
~I'm a ridiculously fast typist. I usually score between 110 and 120 WPM.
~My favorite anime is Elfen Lied, then YYH , Death Note or Inuyasha.
~I like horror movies and dislike chick flicks. They bore me to death.
~My favorite season is summer and I love swimming at the beach.
~I speak a bit of Japanese, so if someone wants a chat in Japanese hmu!

Haha fancy post there, thanks for the resources. Currently I'm only playing Smash for the Wii U.

Honestly as much as people liked to hate on Brawl I was really good at that. I would love to play it with people however the Wii U isn't backwards compatible.
