I believe "February 2015" is referring to the release of the issue, not the game.

I'm doubting it's real. I thought the series was meant to be finished for good with the 3rd one. But I suppose it's possible. Just keep a grain of salt on this I guess.

Fake fakity fake fake, Itoi already removed himself from any involvement with the Mother franchise and the only new mother game is a fan production coming 2015 so. The likelihood of there being "Earthbound Forever" as OP claims, is both not likely and frankly impossible.

Well, that answers that question. Besides, with the way that the big N has been releasing GBA games for Wii U if we ever get Mother 3 it will likely be in that format.
