Mario & Sonic Guy
Old rivalries live on!
An outrage will likely break out if we find out that Ridley isn't playable for Smash 4. So he's typically big, so what, Bowser went through the same process as well, and look at his status.

That's what we all are expecting isn't it?All they have to say is "Yes, Ridley will be in it this time."
Don't need a name or trailer.
Universe is very cheesy. Makes me want Nachos.Watch the Wii U get a name change. Then Universe will look a bit silly. SSB Universe and SSB Dimensions would have a nice kind of relation to one another though. Still Super cheesy though.
Have to push for SSB Arena and SSB Tour again. BD
I'm not holding my breath for Ridley, and I note that many people are. We need to chill on Ridley. I know he's deserving, but so was Charizard, and it took three generations of SSB to get him in besides as a PokeBall. All they have to say is "Yes, Ridley will be in it this time."

Yeah, and we'll get over it again, just like in Melee and Brawl. An outrage will likely break out if we find out that Ridley isn't playable for Smash 4. So he's typically big, so what, Bowser went through the same process as well, and look at his status.
Expectations... Victini for SSB4? Like I said, we shouldn't hold our breaths, but Ridley definatly should be a newcomer. That's what we all are expecting isn't it?
Exactly.Anything can pretty much happen. You can hope for the best, and prepare for the worst.
Hey, no biggie. Just because I want him with the desire that burns like a thousand suns doesn't mean I'll hold my breath for him.Universe is very cheesy. Makes me want Nachos.
"Super Smash Brotherhood" or "Super Smash Bros. Quad"

Yeah, but where's the magic in that? That just turns it from Falcon being a god to being a semi-god. >_>What people don't realize is that the Falcon Punch is not what CAUSED the explosion in the anime, that was already going to happen regardless. The Punch was to prevent Black Shadow from ESCAPING the explosion. All while being a throwback to Smash Bros.
If you actually watch the episode, it'd be very clear.
I hear you. Even calling the game "Super Smash Bros. Wii U" would be enough. It's just simpler to say "Smash 4" right now.I'm tired of calling this damn game Smash 4. PLEASE Nintendo, just give us the official name for this if anything

You pretty much know my answer by now.Easily beats them out. Oh yeah which ghirahim would you prefer? A dual bladed Ghirahim, or Single sword ghirahim?
I like both and don't care which one gets into SSB4.
Its probably gonna be Strife or Clash. From Melee onward, the synonym has had 5 letters.I'm tired of calling this damn game Smash 4. PLEASE Nintendo, just give us the official name for this if anything

From what I can gather, the following are the biggest franchises of the bunch...It's funny how Metroid is one of the biggest Nintendo franchises[I even compare it to Mario and Zelda] and it still has only one character in SSB.
No, Zero Suit Samus doesn't count as one.
Really? From what I can gather, the following are the biggest franchises of the bunch...
1: Mario Universe
2: Pokemon
3: The Legend of Zelda
4: Kirby
In a way, that stands to reason why the top 3 franchises get the most reps. In Brawl, the Mario Universe has 8 characters (this does include the Donkey Kong, Yoshi, and Wario franchises); Pokemon has 6 (not counting the Pokemon Trainer); Zelda has 5. Kirby is tied with Star Fox, however, since both franchises have 3 playables.
Haha, it's probably my bias.Metroid is not actually that big. I mean, it's hard to gauge an overall... PRESENCE (I guess is the word) to say how "big" it is. Compared to those other series, it doesn't have a whole lot of games, and it actually doesn't have a whole lot of sales under its belt. I'm pretty sure Kirby IS actually a higher-selling series than Metroid.
I think DK has higher-sales than Kirby though.
And Metroid is Ganondorf!Mario - 432
Pokemon - 215
Wii Series - 190
Zelda - 65
Donkey Kong - 49
Brain Age - 31
Kirby - 30
Nintendogs - 21
Smash - 21
Metroid - 14
(in millions)
Basically, Mario is god-tier in terms of sales.
Sakurai said that he had misgivings about putting Mii in Brawl, however, I think a big reason was that he did not give them much thought. Miis did not become a huge phenomenon until 2007 long after Sakurai had finalized Brawl's roster.Mii is the ONLY character that I consider a shoe-in.
I remember Star saying a while back that Uprising would be this generation's Star Fox 64. When you think about it, that's actually a pretty clever comparision
I'm bit scared that Miis will be a bit of waste because we'll be given a same moveset for everyone OR if we can customise, we can customise VERY LIMITEDLY.Sakurai said that he had misgivings about putting Mii in Brawl, however, I think a big reason was that he did not give them much thought. The argument of "they can't fight" or "they don't have a fighting nature" does not apply to them if you even look at their first game appearance (boxing in Wii Sports). However, there is the argument that they are not real characters and that there is not much distinctive about them.
However, considering that they were even made as regulars in the Mario Kart series (as well as other Mario spinoffs) and even were playable characters in a 2D Mario tech demo, I think it would be awkward for them not to be included even if they have a "casual aura" like Sakurai thinks they do.
Better than those TERRIBLE Mario Kart Wii voices.oh, and please, don't give them their MK7 voices. Those were SO annoying.
They have swords, they ride cows, they control toy-tanks, they punch stuff, they dance, they make weird poses as they float in space...How? What attacks/weapons do they have?
It'd be easier to make a list of things they HAVEN'T done. How? What attacks/weapons do they have?
