Edit: 3.5 removed Wario's ability to perform this.

From here on, Shoulder Bash Cancel will be abbreviated as sbc.

This tech is similar to the one referenced in this thread: http://smashboards.com/threads/i-found-a-use-for-aerial-shoulder-bash-cancel.357546/

What you need to know:
How to sbc instantly, now referred to as instant sbc or isbc, without accidentally b-reversing. This can be done by using c-stick to perform the cancel.

How to perform:
1. From the ledge
2. Drop off
3. Double jump staying as close to the stage as possible
4. ISBC away from the stage when you reach the ledge

Result:
You will grab the ledge backwards while putting out a deadly SB hitbox aimed away from the stage!

Applications:
In addition to performing a more threatening ledge stall while awaiting a recovering foe, you can now grab the ledge much more quickly:
1. From on stage
2. Dash/walk off the ledge/platform (stay close to the stage)
3. Fast fall (or wait)
4. ISBC away from the stage

Note: You can grab the ledge even when you're under ledge level. Wario has pretty large magnet hands.

Why use this over the other cancel described in the above thread?
The previous cancel does not work if you are too close to the stage. SBC can only be performed after a certain amount of frames have passed in SB. Thus you would just bounce off the wall before you have the opportunity to cancel. This allows you to mix up the two SBC methods of grabbing the ledge to throw off your opponent.

If you accidentally b-reverse the old ISBC, you'll die. If you accidentally b-reverse this new ISBC, you'll live!

You can now also put the hitbox and knockback direction where you want it: towards the stage or away from the stage.

Risks:
You can still SD by simply failing to reverse. (How could you possibly mess this up!?)
Don't use this against super fast tethers like Ivy. (They may reel in before you grab, and you won't have the wall to bounce off of)

Finally, I would like to ask: If any of you with particularly fast and dexterous fingers attempt the following successfully, let me know:
1. From on the ledge
2. Drop off
3. ISBC away from the stage (angle up?)
4. Grab the ledge

It's just the first instructions without the double jump. Good luck to you all.
